Special Engineering Requirements

Sureline Building are experienced in dealing with special Engineering requirements, such as:

• Detailed structural steel work by the beach (salt water);
• Underpinning;
• Needling;
• Acoustics;
• Specialised glazing;
• Fire ratings and bush fire ratings; &
• Cantilevered Structures.

We work with our Engineers to design Structural components that not only work but have an ease of installation and are cost effective. Unless requested, we don’t see any need to “overkill” the Engineering detail and incur unnecessary expense.
